Mindful Writing for Teens

We will highlight what it means to live mindfully when it comes to social life, social media, family, relationships and life in general. We will use writing as a way to slow down and connect to our own voice and truest self. And discuss what it means to show up and be present in our lives while dealing with the "all the feels" that come with being a teenager.
